Steps
- Open Reports, then Scorecard, and choose the dates.
- Reply is the typical time to your first reply. Book is the share of enquiries that book a consult or call. Show is the share who attend. Start is the share who attend and become clients. Coaching businesses see this last step as Sign.
- Choose a lead source to see the numbers for just that source, or read the table to compare them.
- The line under the numbers names the step losing the most people.
Check it worked
The numbers change when you choose a different lead source or different dates.
Common questions
Reply says Not measured
Rella times replies to enquiries from your pages and leads you add for email or fax. It cannot see when a call came in or how long it took to answer, so calls and people who came in have no reply time.
