What is Rella?
Rella is a CRM for coaches, therapists and service businesses in Canada and the United States. It brings client enquiries, online bookings, forms, session notes, emails, business phone menus, voicemail, a shared inbox, automations, proposals with e-signatures, invoices, group programmes and courses into one workspace.
Is Rella available to use now?
Yes. Create your business workspace and use it free for one month. You do not need a payment card, and you will not be charged automatically.
Who is Rella for?
Rella is for coaches, therapists and service businesses in Canada and the United States that want a clearer way to manage enquiries, bookings, client work and follow-ups.
Can my therapy practice use Rella?
Use Rella for enquiries, bookings and business administration. Health privacy mode is available for businesses in Canada and the United States: switch it on in Settings. In Canada you accept a service provider agreement under PHIPA and the similar provincial laws. In the United States you accept a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Two-factor sign-in then becomes required for everyone in your business. Use Rella for enquiries, booking, consent records, forms and administration, and keep clinical records such as assessments and treatment notes in your clinical record system.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Rella's branding and visual builders let you customise forms, email templates and landing pages with your own logo, colours and content.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Rella opens in your browser. If you prefer, you can also install it on a computer from Chrome or Edge.
Where is my data stored?
Rella's server and database are with Amazon Web Services in Montréal, Canada. Outgoing email uses Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) in the AWS Canada (Central) region. Calls, text messages and card payments use other services, which may process information elsewhere. Email recipients may also use services outside Canada.
Can I bring data from my current system?
Rella includes import and migration tools. Start with an export from your existing system and review the available mappings. Different record types may need separate imports, and not every platform exports the same information.
Where can I see the plans?
See pricing on this page: Solo CA$17/month, Team CA$48/month, and Larger team CA$88/month. Annual billing is available at the same monthly rate.
Will there be help getting started?
Yes. The Rella Help center has step-by-step guides covering setup, bookings, clients, forms, automations, branding and other parts of your workspace.

Can I use Rella in the United States?
Yes. Rella serves coaches, therapists and service businesses in Canada and the United States. Choose your country, state or province and time zone during setup. Practices that keep health information can switch on health privacy mode and accept a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement in Settings.
Does Rella include a business phone menu and voicemail?
Yes. Once your business number is connected, configure a press 1 / 2 / 3 phone menu, call forwarding, office hours and voicemail. Your team can play voicemails, assign callbacks and mark calls handled. Number rental and usage are additional; the phone page shows a monthly USD allowance and estimates.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. Ask support to check whether your number can be transferred to Rella for calls and texts. You can also keep your current provider and forward calls into Rella; texts then stay with your current provider. You do not need your own Twilio account.
