Understand the free trial and plans
Review the one-month free trial, then choose a plan paid monthly or yearly.

Steps
- Open Settings and review Rella plans. Solo is CA$17 a month, Team up to 5 coaches is CA$48 a month, and Larger team up to 10 coaches is CA$88 a month. Pay monthly, or pay for the year at the same price: CA$204, CA$576 or CA$1,056.
- The free trial lasts one month. You do not need a payment card and you will not be charged automatically when it ends.
- Choose whether to continue, and whether to pay monthly or yearly. Only use Subscribe when you are ready to pay. A monthly plan can be cancelled any time and ends after the month you paid for.
- If you choose not to continue, use the month after your free trial as a transition period to download your data. Contact support if you need help.
- For billing questions or cancellation, email [email protected], as shown in Settings. If you have paid and your plan is not confirmed yet, wait for the confirmation rather than paying again.

I paid but my plan is not confirmed
Do not make another payment just to try again. Email [email protected] with the payment time and receipt reference. Do not send card details.
