Plan your social media posts

Plan posts with their text and time, and get the text by email when it is time to post.

Steps

  1. Open Marketing, then Social planner.
  2. Write the post's text and choose where it goes: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile or X. Rella warns you when the text is too long for a platform.
  3. Choose When. Add a link to the picture or video if you have one, such as a Canva or Google Drive link, then choose Plan post.
  4. At that time, Rella emails you the text ready to copy. Post it on each platform.
  5. Choose Mark as posted, or Skip if you decided not to post it. Copy text copies it again at any time.

Check it worked

The post shows under Planned, and moves to Posted and skipped after you mark it.

Common questions

Can Rella post for me?

Not yet. Posting straight to the platforms needs each platform's approval. Until then, Rella sends you the text on time.
