Switch on health privacy mode

Steps

  1. Set up two-factor authentication for your own sign-in first, in Settings.
  2. Open Settings and find Health privacy mode. Read the service provider agreement in full.
  3. Tick the box to accept it for your business and choose Switch on health privacy mode.
  4. Everyone in your business must then use two-factor authentication, and your business stays set to Canada.
  5. Keep clinical records, such as assessments and treatment notes, in your clinical record system. Use Rella for enquiries, bookings, consent records, forms and administration.

Settings shows Health privacy mode as On, with who accepted the agreement and when.

Common questions

I cannot switch it on

Only a business owner can accept the agreement, and the business must be in Canada.

I want to switch it off

Email [email protected]. It is switched off through support so records kept under the agreement are handled properly.
