Reset your password and use two-factor sign-in

Recover access to your account or add an authentication code to your sign-in.

Steps

  1. On Sign in, use the password-reset link if you have forgotten your password.
  2. Enter the email you use for Rella. Check that inbox and its spam folder for the reset email.
  3. Open the newest reset link and choose a new password. A reset link works once and expires after one hour.
  4. Once signed in, open Settings and find your sign-in security controls to set up two-factor authentication.
  5. Keep your authenticator app available for future sign-ins. Enter its newest code when Rella asks for one.

Check it worked

You can sign in with your new password and, if enabled, the authentication code.

Common questions

Too many attempts

The app temporarily locks the account after repeated failures. Follow the waiting period shown rather than continuing to try passwords.

I cannot access my authenticator

Contact support. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or secret keys in your message.
