Create a page, collect enquiries in the CRM, and show visitors a thank-you page.

Steps
- Open Marketing, then Landing pages, and choose Create a landing page. Give it a name and a unique page link ending.
- Add headings, text, images, buttons or an HTML section. Drag sections to reorder them, or use their arrows.
- Open Logo and colours to choose a logo or colours for this page. Use Preview design and Phone preview to check the result.
- Choose Thank-you page and write what the visitor should see after sending an enquiry. You can add a button linking to your booking page.
- Choose whether to show the enquiry form, ask for a phone number and add tags for new leads. Marketing consent is optional and starts unchecked.
- Save draft to keep working privately. Choose Publish page to make this version public, then open its link to check it. Later draft edits stay private until you publish changes.
- New enquiries appear in Contacts and CRM with source funnel: followed by the page link ending. To follow up, create an automation using the New enquiry trigger and that source.
Check it worked
The published link shows the page you designed. After sending the form, a visitor sees the thank-you page and the enquiry appears in your CRM.
Common questions
My edit is not on the live page
Save draft keeps changes private. Use Publish changes to update the live version.
