Move your phone number to Rella
Keep the number your clients know. Sign the authorization and follow each stage in the app.

Steps
- Open Phone, then choose Move a number you already have.
- Enter the details exactly as they appear on your carrier's bill, then continue to the authorization.
- Read the authorization, type your name and sign it.
- Rella works with your carrier. Calls and texting can move on different days. The owner and admins get an email naming the number when each one moves.
- Keep your current service until the email says the number has fully moved.

Common questions
The carrier rejected the request
The email and the request page give the carrier's reason. Check the details with your carrier, then start a new request.
