Sell a package of sessions

Sell a set number of sessions for one price on its own page. People sign your agreement and pay in full or monthly, then book the sessions from their private page.

Steps

  1. Open Invoices and payments under Money, then Packages, and choose New package.
  2. Write the name, page address and description. Choose the session type the sessions are booked as, the number of sessions and the price before tax. To offer the sessions only in packages, hide that session type from your booking page under Online booking.
  3. Choose whether buyers can also pay in monthly payments, and how many hours ahead a client must cancel for a session to go back into the package.
  4. Write your agreement, set the status to On sale and choose Save package. Copy the page link to share it, or link to it from your website.
  5. On the page, the buyer reads the agreement, types their name to sign, and pays by card. Rella records the name, time and IP address.
  6. Once paid, they get an email with a link to their private page. Each session they book there uses one from the package, so there is nothing more to pay.
  7. With monthly payments, their card is charged once a month. If a payment does not go through, they are emailed the invoice, you are told, and booking from the package waits until it is paid.

Check it worked

Under Packages, Bought by shows the client, their signature and the sessions they have used.

Common questions

The page says the business cannot take card payments

Connect Stripe under Invoices and payments, then Settings. A free package works without it.

The package page shows Not found

Check the status is On sale, the session type is switched on, and online booking is on.
