Send a proposal and get it signed

Send a priced proposal or agreement that the person reads and signs online by typing their name.

Steps

  1. Open Payments, then Proposals, and choose New proposal.
  2. Start from a template, such as Therapy intake package or Coaching package, or write your own.
  3. Choose the contact, check the title, introduction, items and prices, and the terms. Sales tax from your billing settings is added when you save.
  4. Choose Save draft, then Save and send. The contact gets an email with a private link.
  5. They read it and accept by typing their name and ticking the agreement, or decline. Rella records the name, time and IP address, and emails you.
  6. A sent proposal cannot be changed. To change one, choose Make a copy to change and send the new version.

Check it worked

The proposal shows Accepted and signed with the person's name and the time.

Common questions

The person lost the email

Choose Send again. They get a new link and the old one stops working.
