Get setup help

Steps

  1. Open Help (the question mark at the top of the page) and choose Get setup help. You can also find it on Getting started and Automations.
  2. Tick what you need: your booking page and services, importing your contacts, your follow-ups, a custom automation, your website or landing page, or something else.
  3. Add a few details, such as your services and hours or what the automation should do. Do not include client details, health information or passwords.
  4. Choose how we should reach you, by email or phone, and choose Request help.
  5. We send you an estimate in hours. Open Help, then Your setup help requests, and choose Approve estimate when you are happy with it. Nothing is done or billed before you approve.
  6. We do the work within 24 hours of your approval and log our time on the request, so you can see it as we go. You pay CA$30 an hour for the time used, never more than 25% over the estimate without asking you first. When it is done, the amount is added to your next Rella invoice. If there is no card on your Rella plan, we email you the invoice with a secure card payment link, and you can also choose Pay on your setup help request.

Your request shows under Support, then Setup help, with its status, the estimate, the time logged and the amount.

Common questions

I do not see Get setup help

Only the business owner and administrators can ask for setup help. Ask one of them, or check your role in Settings, then Team.

The work needs more time than the estimate

We send you a new estimate to approve before we bill more than 25% over the one you approved.
